Around the world there are many individuals and organisations, like Ko Awatea, who are determined to innovate, transform and improve health systems for the betterment of our populations. This is our chance to recognise and celebrate them.

Entry to the awards is open to individuals, teams and organisations who are proud of the work they, or their colleagues, have undertaken in transforming and improving patient care. This year there are eight categories; three for individuals and five for teams/organisations. Entries close at 5pm, 30th June 2016 (NZ time)
The Ko Awatea International Excellence in Health Improvement Awards will be presented at the APAC Forum gala dinner on the evening of Tuesday, 13th September 2016 at Sydney’s spectacular Doltone House overlooking the city’s harbour.
