“It is not the strongest species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the ones most responsive to change” – Charles Darwin
If you want to improve outcomes, you need to change the way you do things. Understanding common barriers and putting strategies and processes in place to overcome these are key to successful change. On 1st December, Maxine Power will present ‘Overcoming Barriers to Quality Improvement’ – a one day programme that will provide you with practical tools and strategies to optimise your success in quality improvement projects.
Maxine Power is the managing director of Haelo, a centre in Salford, England that hosts improvement experts, clinicians and researchers to improve population health and healthcare for the residents of Salford. Maxine and her team report on specialist functions of programme delivery, measurement, improvement science, and knowledge and communications. We are delighted to have Maxine at Ko Awatea to present this programme for us.
Join us at Ko Awatea and discover how to lead and implement change for the benefit of yourself, your colleagues and ultimately the betterment of health and wellbeing outcomes for our communities.
