Ko Awatea is working with Better Value Healthcare to transform healthcare into a system capable of meeting the challenges of the 21st Century. We’re are doing this because we are already in the middle of a healthcare revolution driven by forces outside our control. We may not have started the revolution but we can decide how healthcare responds to it. As structural changes have not worked in the past we are working together to focus on adopting the right culture and systems.
About Better Value Healthcare
The Oxford Centre for Healthcare Transformation, its programmes and supporting resources are the brainchild of Sir Muir Gray and his organisation, Better Value Healthcare. Formerly Director of the UK National Screening Committee, Sir Muir Gray helped pioneer Britain’s breast and cervical cancer screening programmes. He was also Director of The National Library for Health, and was the Chief Knowledge Officer of the NHS.
The e-learning programmes and resources provided by the Oxford Centre will help you prepare for the world of tomorrow by giving you the knowledge and skills to create systems of care and shape the culture to support those systems. The Centre works with departments, networks, organisations and healthcare economies as they develop and deliver a transformed healthcare using a blend of traditional and contemporary delivery methods
