Patient Experience Week is a remarkable week dedicated to patient experiences.
Stories, film sessions, presentations, practical events and sharing are just some of the activities that were showcased during our Patient Experience Week at Counties Manukau Health in 2015.
Alongside colleagues from Auckland District Health Board and Waitemata District Health Board, we dedicated a week of time to focus on achievements, raise awareness, create and share new learning across the Auckland Region.
This white paper chronicles the journey in detail at Counties Manukau Health and also showcases some of the Regional collaborations.
While we are proud of all of the activities those that people have said they really connected with were the Empathy Zone (page 11), the case studies (page 17), students and consumers sharing stories and practising listening, the Grand Round (page 28), youth mental health stories (page 32) and learning about how Air New Zealand focuses on consumer experience (page 40).
Why don’t you have a look and tell us what you connected with.
